AC Well & Fitness is run by Annette Clark, a fitness expert who has helped hundreds of people improve their health, lifestyle, and fitness performance.  As an AC Well & Fitness client I will help you to eliminate distractions and focus on achieving the results you define. You basically “outsource your training” to me, and I will help you achieve the quality of life you desire.


If you want to reach the highest level of your potential in the shortest amount of effort, you simply can’t do it on your own. Nobody ever does. Not in sports, not in business and not in fitness. You need support, coaching and the help of a pro, who understands, life happens…   


Experience

Annette Clark of AC Well & Fitness has helped hundreds of people improve their health, lifestyle, fitness and physical performance. She draws from over 11 years of experience in health and exercise instruction, sports conditioning, nutrition lifestyle management and rehabilitative exercise. Additionally Annette is skilled in exercise program design, nutrition and menu planning, functional movement screening and assessment, core conditioning and body fat analysis. Annette is also
well-versed in weight loss, muscular development and toning, cardiovascular training, run or triathlon preparation, functional/stability training, youth fitness and sports specific training.


Personalized custom programs

AC Well & Fitness will custom tailor a program to what works for you.  I will find an appropriate training volume, intensity, frequency, and select exercises that will get you to your goal efficiently.  I use fitness tests to identify areas of opportunity and to reduce injury risk.  From strength imbalances, to
mobility and stability risks, to posture and flexibility issues, I can provide immediate feedback and assistance.  I will tailor all of your nutrition targets to your specific goals and body type to help you eat smarter.
